Changing the title screen
If you haven't beaten the game, the color of the title screen is normally blue. But after you beat the game, the color switches to purple. You can change it back to blue by pressing Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A at the title screen. Input the same code to change it back to purple.

To do this, you need to beat the game first. Then at any time, press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A and you'll get to see the credits again.

Pegasus
To unlock Pegasus, you need to beat every character once without beating the game.Then, beat the game.Now beat Marik, Odion, Lumis and Umbra, Strings, Rare Hunter and Arkana once.Now the next time you go to the Title screen change the color back to Blue.Pegasus should be facing Kaiba on Fridays at the KC Tower.If you challenge Pegasus, he will say "Little Boy, come on now, do not be that stuborn!".You must First beat Kaiba and then Challenge Pegasus and he will say this like in the TV show when he has a temper and his accent is sorta angry "Looks like You want to be a problem" "Well I'm just gonna have to fix this one too!" He has 2 Toon Worlds, 1Blue Eyes Toon Dragon, 2 Toon Summoned Skulls, 3 Toon Mermaids and a Summoned Skull, Red Archery Girl, and a Blue Eyes White Dragon.His strategy is GOOD!

After winning the National Tournament, it will give you a trophy. After the credit reel at the end a cut-scene will appear with Yami Bakura, Yami Yugi, and Marik.After this the game will save, and when you load the game save. The evil characters of the show will be open for dueling. (Marik, Strings, Rare Hunter, Umbra & Lumis, Arkana, and Odion).

Yami Marik
To Duel Yami Marik, you must first beat all 7 tournaments and unlock Marik, and then defeat him when he is in the same area as both Yami Yugi and Yami Bakura. This will trigger another cutscene:
Marik: Well there are some secrets not even the all-knowing know....
Yami Yugi: This is what I feared, now it all begins...
Yami Bakura: Darkness and light may intertwine to cause chaos, the world will be at our mercy...
Yami Marik: There may be one chance...
Yami Marik will now appear infrequently. He uses the card 'Lava Golem', which you may obtain only by beating him in a duel and winning it through the bet. Lava Golem is card 1001/1000.
Glitches
Swords of Reavealing Light Glitch
When you activate Swords of Revealing light in real life, normally you would flip all face down monsters face up and if they had an effect their effect would still activate. In the video game, when you activate this card, the monsters that are flipped face up and have flip effects are not activated when they should.

Bet-on-Card Duel
If you go to the Mystic Land, Ancient Shrine, or Ancient Coliseum, you should find a moving box.Talk to it.He says hes a spy.Duel him.Bet on a card and if you win you get more money than usual and a card.

Occasionaly the scrolling bar will say "Where is Joey?". When it says this go find Joey and talk to him (Not challenge), and if you own a Time Wizard you will face him in a pure luck duel with weak monsters, dice cards, and Time Wizard

Mai Battle
Look for the Scrolling bar to ask if Harpie types are Mai's alone. Construct a deck that contains no monsters with Harpie in their name and no spell cards and she'll duel with you.

Special Match
Make an Exodia deck your current deck. Go to the card shop. Talk to Grampa and he will ask you to duel against him using an Exodia deck. Both of the lifepoint scores will start at 10. The only way to win is to get all five pieces of Exodia into your hand. Bringing either players' lifepoints to zero will end the duel in a tie.

umi battle
Sometimes on the scrolling bar on the top of the screen, it will say that mako is not feeling okay. If you talk to him equipped with an umi deck (a deck with umi and lots of water creatures) you can duel him in a sea battle. If you win he will give you a ton of water collection packs.
